How to add users in TAC

To add one or more users in TAC, follow these steps on app.touchandcontact.com:

Go to the Users section

  • From the left menu, click on Users

  • In the top right corner, select Add users

At this point you can choose between two methods to add users.

✍️ Option 1 β€” Manual entry Use this option if you need to add one or a few users.

  • Select Add via email address

  • Fill in the required fields (e.g. first name, last name, email, etc.)

  • Confirm to complete the entry

The user will be added to the team immediately.

πŸ“„ Option 2 β€” Import via file (CSV or Excel) Use this option if you need to add multiple users at once.

  • Select Import file

  • Download our CSV or Excel template

  • Fill in and upload the CSV or Excel file

  • Confirm the import

Once the process is complete, all users included in the file will be added to TAC.
