How to monitor team statistics

Overview

The Statistics section allows you to monitor the activity of each team member on the platform. You can filter data by user, team, or time period, and analyze four key metrics.


How to access

  1. Log in to the platform as an Admin.

  2. Go to Statistics from the main menu.

  3. Use the filters at the top to select one or more users, a specific team, or a date range.


Available metrics

πŸ‘€ Profile Views
The total number of times profiles from your team have been viewed. By clicking Details, you can see the ranking of the most viewed profiles and the contribution of each user.

🀝 Contacts Acquired
The number of new contacts obtained during the selected period, broken down by user. By clicking Details, you can see the individual contribution of each team member.

πŸ”— Link Clicks in Cards
The number of clicks on links within the cards (e.g., URLs, LinkedIn). By clicking Details, you can view the breakdown by link type.

πŸ“„ Documents Viewed
The number of documents opened and viewed, including details about the most viewed files. By clicking Details, you can see which documents received the most attention.


Time Trend Chart

At the top of the page, you will find a line chart showing how the metrics evolve over time. You can select specific users or teams to compare performance within the chosen period.


Important notes

⚠️ The Statistics section is accessible only to admins. Individual users cannot view the data of other team members.
