There are 2 ways to join TT:

  1. Start a Free Trial (for New Users only)

  2. Start a paid Membership (for Return Users, i.e. people who've already used their one Free Trial)

This article explains how to start your paid Membership if you've already used your one Free Trial and need to subscribe as a Return User.

Psst. Haven't used your one Free Trial yet?

How To Start Your Paid Membership:

Step 1. Go to the pricing page on our website.

Step 2. Scroll to the "Return Users" section and click "Join Now" to start your Membership subscription.

Note: Our system will automatically block Free Trial access if you've already signed up to one before.

Step 3. Select the subject(s) you require.

Step 4. Click "Buy Now".

Step 5. Follow the checkout process.

Sign up using the same email as before to keep your course progress and Traffic Light data.

Step 6. To avoid unenrollment due to failed payment in the future, we recommend you set a recurring alarm or calendar notification to remind you of your next billing date.

Note: Tailored Tutors Memberships are subscriptions—meaning, they are recurring in perpetuity until cancelled. You can cancel your Membership at any time.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel your Membership before your billing date. Don't worry—you'll keep access to your course until the end of your billing period (so you can cancel at any time without stress).

Note: Students are not entitled to refunds for payment collected as a result of forgetting to cancel on time.

We make every effort to ensure students understand how our subscription service works, and provide clear and readily available instructions to support them to cancel if/when they want to.

It is solely the student's responsibility to know when their billing date is and to cancel their Membership before it in order to avoid being charged. It is also solely the student's responsibility to cancel their Membership when they no longer require Tailored Tutors' services.

A Final P.S.

We take Free Trial abuse very seriously.

Students should be aware that attempting to access the Free Trial more than once directly violates our Terms of Use, disqualifies the student from being able to claim the Grade Guarantee, and may result in being blocked from all TT products (paid or free) indefinitely.
