There are 2 ways to join TT:

  1. Start a Free Trial (for New Users only)

  2. Start a paid Membership (for Returning Users, i.e. people who have already used their one Free Trial)

This article explains how to start a paid Membership if you've already used your one Free Trial and need to subscribe as a Returning User.

Psst. Haven't used your one Free Trial yet?

How To Start A Paid Membership:

Step 1. Go to the pricing page on the Tailored Tutors website.

Step 2. Select the Membership type you'd like to start—either a Weekly subscription, a Monthly subscription, an Exams This Year package (one-time payment), or an Exams Next Year package (one-time payment).

Step 3. Select the subject(s) you'd like to include in your Membership.

Note: You may experiment with selecting different Membership types and subjects to see the cost of different combinations. You'll notice there are discounts baked into longer term pricing options.

Step 4. Click "Buy Now".

Note: If you have already completed a Free Trial with us before, there is nothing to prevent you from clicking the "Try 2 Days Free" button—however, our system will immediately block your Free Trial access after checkout.

If you've already done a Free Trial with us, to save yourself the hassle of having to repeat the checkout process again after you are blocked, we recommend you simply don't attempt to sign up via the Free Trial and checkout properly for your paid Membership using the "Buy Now" button.

Step 5. Follow the checkout process.

Sign up using the same email as before to keep your course progress and confidence tracking data intact.

Step 6. To avoid unenrollment due to failed payment in the future, we recommend you set a recurring alarm or calendar notification to remind you of your next billing date (which will be weekly or monthly, depending on your Membership subscription choice).

About Membership Subscriptions

For a comprehensive overview of our subscription policies, click here.

It is solely the user's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the subscription policies & the Terms of Use associated with their Membership subscription, and to understand how billing for their subscription works.

If you join on a weekly or monthly Membership subscription, you consent to be billed for that Membership on a recurring basis, in perpetuity, until you cancel your Membership (on a weekly or monthly cadence, depending on your chosen subscription).

You may cancel your Membership at any time.

If you do not wish to be charged for your next billing period, you must cancel your Membership before your billing date. Don't worry—you'll keep access to your course until the end of your billing period (so you can cancel at any time without stress).

Students are not entitled to refunds for payment collected as a result of forgetting to cancel on time.

We make every effort to ensure students understand how our subscription service works, and to provide clear and readily available instructions to support them to cancel if/when they want to.

It is solely the student's responsibility to know when their billing date is, and to cancel their Membership before it in order to avoid being charged. It is also solely the student's responsibility to cancel their Membership when they no longer require Tailored Tutors' services.

A Final P.S.

We take Free Trial abuse very seriously.

Students should be aware that attempting to access the Free Trial more than once directly violates our Terms of Use, disqualifies the student from being able to claim the A/A* Guarantee, and may result in being blocked from all TT products & services (paid or free, including Flip resources) indefinitely.
