Why isn't the cancellation form working?
Students who have completed a Free Trial with us in the past and have recently attempted to start another one will discover that the cancellation form doesn't work.
Why?
Because our system automatically blocked your most recent attempt to start a new Free Trial Membership. In this case, the Membership was prevented from being started, and therefore, there is nothing to cancel (hence: the cancellation form does not work).
In this case, you will not be billed for a Membership (as there is no Membership to bill for).
Note: This is the only reason why the cancellation form will not work. In all other cases, the cancellation form is always live and functional.
How do I know if my Membership was blocked?
You'll know that your Membership was blocked if you cannot access your Tailored Tutors course.
To test this, simply log in to your Tailored Tutors account, and try to open one of your courses. If your Membership was blocked, you will not be able to view the course.
All paying students (and students on successful, first time Free Trials), will be able to access their course material.
How do I regain access to my course?
If you would like to access TT, you'll need to do so as a paid user—our system will continue to block future attempts to start another Free Trial.
You may start a paid Membership from the pricing page on our website.
Will the cancellation form work again if I join as a paid user?
Yes. Paid users can always cancel their Membership any time.
Here are the instructions to cancel your paid Membership when you're ready.
Can I rejoin as a paid user right away?
Yes. You can rejoin as a paid user at any time.
As long as you start your paid Membership with the same email address from your initial Free Trial, your course progress and confidence tracking data will be kept—so you can pick right back up where you left off.

We take Free Trial abuse very seriously.
Students should be aware that attempting to access the Free Trial more than once directly violates our Terms of Use, disqualifies the student from being able to claim the A/A* Guarantee, and may result in being blocked from all TT products (paid or free, including Flip resources) indefinitely.
