Filtering Within Booking Desk

Perfect your view to get the right candidates fast

In Booking Desk there are 3 ways to filter and change your views

Consultant/Branch Filter

In the top left of both the Candidate and the Job Booking Desk Screens you will find the Consultant and the Branch filtering. This will default to show you only Open/ Booked Shift Jobs* that are in your name, but you can switch this to look at every open/booked shift job on the system, look at other consultants Open vacancies/Bookings or look at a whole Branches open vacancies/bookings.

As mentioned, the default if that the booking desk will filter by Job owner/Branch. However, for the teams who work across multiple jobs and branches the Booking toggle will show all the Bookings in your name, a specific consultant or a specific Branch.

It is important to note that in this view, unfilled vacancies will not show - as there are no bookings assigned to unfilled vacancies.

Filters - Booking Desk Jobs

To the right of the date filter you can find the Filter button. This will allow you to:

Filter Job Title - look for a specific booked/vacant Job

Filter Client - This will allow you to look at all the booked/vacant shift jobs at a client for the week

Only show open shifts - When this is used, only the vacant available shifts will show (the red and orange dots). Enabling the consultants to focus on what is left to fill.

Filters Booking Desk Candidates

Magic Search - search for a specific candidate using ID, name, email, phone or postcode

Profile Code Searching - set your profile group and use the "find profile codes" drop down to choose and build a boolean search for profile coded candidates

Custom Filtering - if you have custom columns in your search, you can also filter down by those values. A common example for this could be Status, compliance fields or Current Job Title

Specific Day Availability - find candidates who are available across multiple specific days

Job Group and Disciplines - find candidates with specific Job Groups and Job Disciplines

Who hasn't confirmed their bookings? - Use the unconfirmed bookings to filter down for only candidates who have booking that wee they have yet to confirm.
