Ensure you are reaching all of your families with critical information. If any district messages fail to be delivered, easily identify the cause of message failure.
Any messages sent from the district admin level include a delivery status bar and a full downloadable report that details the reason for message failure (if any messages fail to be delivered).
Use the view button to view delivery details. This can be done at any time during the sending process
Details for the message will include:
Sent messages (SMS text and app contacts):
Rate = % of messages that have been sent out to all recipients
Count = overall number of messages sent
Delivered messages (SMS text):
Rate = % of messages that have been delivered to the recipients (out of the total number of family contacts who use SMS text)
Count = overall number of messages received by family contacts who use SMS text
Failed messages (SMS text):
Rate = % of messages that were unable to be delivered to the recipients who use SMS text
Count = # of messages that could not be delivered by recipients who use SMS text
Ineligible messages (SMS text and app contacts)
Rate = % of messages that were created but not sent
Count = # of messages that were created but not sent
Read (Family app):
Rate = % of contacts who read the message on the family app (out of the total number of family contacts who use the family app)
Count = # of contacts who read the message on the family app
To download the full report, click 'All message data'.
To download a report of failed messages and the reason for their failure, click 'Failed messages only'.
Please note: Delivery status bar and downloadable reports are available only for messages sent from the district admin. To download a report of all district messages, use the filter to search for messages from district admins. To learn how to download all messages, please see this article.
