Identify how to download message history between staff members and families on the web application by following the steps below.

Step 1: From your School account, go to the Messages tab.
​Step 2: Use the dropdown menus to find the conversation you would like to download.
​Step 3: Click the download link.
​Step 4: Select the date range, then click 'Download' (Please note: the longer the date range, the longer the download time.)
