Reset All Manually Assigned Roles for Staff (District Admins)

Remove all manual role assignments from your staff to the roles coming from your district's data sync.

At the end of the school year, it may be necessary to reset your district to wipe any manual assignments from the past year. As a district admin, you can now reset all staff to their sync state. This removes all manual role assignments from your staff. All synced staff will be reset to the roles coming from the sync when the next sync happens.

This action does not apply to manually added staff. Staff added manually must also be edited manually.


Reset Roles to Sync State

Step 1: In District Mode, click 'Settings.'

Step 2: Click on the 'Data Management' tab.

Step 3: Click 'Reset all Staff.'

Step 4: Check the box if you want the reset to include any manual grade-level assignments, and confirm by selecting 'Reset.'

The reset will be fully completed after the next sync.
