TalkingPoints has set default role assignments so that staff members get appropriate TalkingPoints access based on which staff data file they are shared on. However, we know that each district is unique, so TalkingPoints has rolled out custom staff role mapping so that district admin can choose which staff data files at their districts get mapped to which TalkingPoints roles. Step 1: Go to 'Staff and Roles'.
Step 2: Click on 'Sync Mapping'.
Step 3: Click 'Edit'.
Step 4: Select the role that you would like to set as the default for each group of staff members.
The new role mapping changes will go into effect after the nightly sync.
