The Calendar helps you manage your schedule by pulling together your tasks, meetings, and projects. If you’ve connected your Gmail account, your Google Calendar events will also appear here, so everything lives in one central view.

πŸ” Views & Filters

You can view your calendar in different ways:

  • Month View – See everything at a glance for the month.

  • Week View – Break down events and tasks for the week.

  • Day View – Focus on what’s happening today.

  • Agenda View – Scroll through your upcoming meetings, tasks, and deadlines in list format.

Filters allow you to focus on what matters most:

  • Meetings – Show only scheduled meetings.

  • Tasks – Show tasks on your calendar (off by default, but you can turn them on).

  • Projects – Show project timelines and milestones.

🀝 Google Calendar Integration

  • Connect your Gmail account to sync events.

  • Any meeting you create in TalleFlow will automatically push to your Google Calendar.

  • Google Calendar events also show up in TalleFlow, keeping everything connected.

βž• Creating from the Calendar

You can create items directly from the calendar by clicking + New or selecting a date:

  • Create a Meeting – Fill in details like meeting name, type, attendees, date, and location. You can also attach files and automatically send invites via Google Calendar.

  • Create a Task – Add personal or project tasks and place them on your calendar timeline.

  • Create a Project – Start a new project and see it appear in your schedule.

Meeting Creation Tabs

When creating a meeting, you’ll see four sections:

  1. Details – Meeting name, description, type (in-person or online), and related project.

  2. People – Add attendees.

  3. Date & Location – Set date, time, and meeting address. Optionally push to Google Calendar.

  4. Attachments – Upload files (up to 25 MB) to share with attendees.
