Integrations in TalleFlow are set at the business level. This means integrations apply across your entire business account, not just individual users. To manage them, go to Business Settings.
βοΈ Accessing Business Settings
From the top navigation bar, use the Business Switcher to select your active business.
Hover over your business name.
Click on the gear icon βοΈ to open Business Settings.
Select the Integrations tab.
π Google Workspace
Connect your Google account to unlock deeper workflows:
Email: Send messages directly from your business Google email inside TalleFlow.
Calendar: View your Google Calendar events in TalleFlow and automatically push meetings you create in TalleFlow to your Google Calendar.
π¨ Canva
With Canva connected, you can:
View your Canva designs directly inside the project dashboard.
Manage and organize designs for each project without leaving TalleFlow.
ποΈ Prismm
If you use Prismm for event floorplans, TalleFlow helps you bring everything together:
Access and manage Prismm floorplans directly in the project dashboard.
Keep your designs and floorplans connected to the right projects, making collaboration seamless.
π Managing Integrations
All integrations are managed in Business Settings β Integrations.
Only admins or users with the right permissions can connect or disconnect integrations.
Once set up, integrations automatically apply across your business, so your team works from one connected system.
