Quick Start Checklist

Get set up in just a few minutes — no overwhelm, no guesswork.

Step 1: Create Your Account (3 minutes)

  • Sign up with Google or use your email and password

  • If you used email, verify it from your inbox


Step 2: Set Up Your Profile & Business (5 minutes)

  • Click your profile photo → Manage your profile
    → Upload your photo and fill in your details

  • Click the business switcher (top-left)
    → Hover over your business → click the ⚙️ (gear icon)

  • In Business Settings, complete:

    • Business name and contact details

    • Upload your business logo

    • Set your business address

    • Choose your business type and industry

    • Brand settings (coming soon)


Step 3: Connect Key Integrations (5 minutes)

  • Connect Stripe for payments
    → Go to Finance > Settings, scroll to “Get Started with Stripe”

  • Connect Google Workspace (if you use Gmail)
    → Go to Business switcher > ⚙️ > Integrations

  • Configure notifications
    → Go to Business switcher > ⚙️ > Notifications


Step 4: Try Your First Core Actions (2 minutes)

  • Visit your Dashboard
    → See which widgets are available

  • Create your first Project
    → Go to Projects > Create Project

  • Add your first Contact
    → Go to Contacts > Add Contact

  • Open the Calendar
    → Explore your scheduled projects and tasks
