Quick Start Checklist

Get set up in under 20 minutes This checklist walks you through the essential steps to get your workspace ready, connect your tools, and complete your first actions inside TalleFlow.

Step 1: Create Your Account (3 minutes)

  • Sign up with Google or create an account with email + password

  • If you used email, make sure to verify your email from your inbox

  • Once logged in, you’ll land on your Home dashboard


Step 2: Set Up Your Profile & Business (5 minutes)

Update Your Personal Profile

  1. Click your profile photo (top right)

  2. Select Manage your profile

  3. Upload your profile photo

  4. Add/update your personal details

Configure Your Business Settings

  1. Click the Business Switcher (top-left near the logo)

  2. Hover over your business name

  3. Click the ⚙️ gear icon to open Business Settings

Inside Business Settings, complete:

  • Business Name & Contact Details

  • Upload Business Logo

  • Business Address

  • Business Type & Industry

  • Brand Settings (coming soon)


Step 3: Set Up Stripe Payments (5 minutes)

Enable your account to receive payments from invoices.

  1. Go to Finance → Settings

  2. Scroll to "Get Started with Stripe"

  3. Complete the Stripe Express setup flow

  4. Once finished, you’ll be able to accept credit card payments through invoices

⚠️ You must complete Stripe setup before clients can pay through the “Pay Now” button.


Step 4: Connect Key Integrations (5 minutes)

Google Workspace

Use Gmail inside TalleFlow + sync your Google Calendar.
Go to: Business Settings → Integrations → Google Workspace

Prismm (Floor Plans)

Allows you to attach and view Prismm floor plans inside projects.
Go to: Business Settings → Integrations → Prismm

Canva

Lets you browse and manage Canva designs inside projects.
Go to: Business Settings → Integrations → Canva

Notification Preferences

Go to: Business Settings → Notifications


Step 5: Try Your First Core Actions (10 minutes)

Create Your First Project

  • Go to Projects → Create Project

  • Add project name, type, stage, date, and assigned contacts

Add Your First Contact

  • Go to Contacts → Add Contact

Create & Embed Your First Contact Form

Create & Send Your First Invoice

  1. Go to Documents → Create Document → Invoice

  2. Add line items or import your packages

  3. Click Send to Contact to assign your client

  4. Use the Preview (👁) tool to see what it looks like

  5. Send it — your client can pay online if you’ve connected Stripe

Create & Send Your First Contract

  1. Go to Documents → Create Document → Contract

  2. Add your agreement text and merge tags

  3. Click Send to Contact to assign your client

  4. Your client signs electronically through the client portal
