Instead of rebuilding from scratch each time, you can start with a template and quickly customize it for your message.
Accessing Email Templates
From the left navigation, click Emails.
At the top, switch to the Email Templates tab.
Here you’ll see a list of all saved templates.
Creating a New Template
Click Create Email Template.
This will open the email builder where you can design your template.
Designing Your Template
The email builder gives you drag-and-drop flexibility with these elements:
Text & Headings – Write your content and structure your layout.
Divider – Add spacing and separation between sections.
Image & Video – Showcase visuals to make your template engaging.
Button – Add call-to-action buttons for signups, links, or purchases.
Menu – Create simple navigation menus.
Social Links – Add icons for your social platforms.
HTML Block – Insert custom code if needed.
You can also adjust:
Body settings – Background color, padding, and fonts.
Image uploads – Store and reuse uploaded assets.
Saving Your Template
Once you’re happy with the design, click Save. Your template will now appear in your Email Templates list for future use.
Using Templates in Campaigns
When you create a new Email Campaign, you can choose From Email Template as your starting point. This allows you to:
Keep your branding consistent.
Reuse proven layouts.
Speed up campaign creation.
✅ Tip: Create a few “base templates” (like Newsletter, Announcement, or Promotion) so you always have a strong starting point.
