Accessing the Client Portal

How to open your portal and view your project information.

The Client Portal is accessed through a secure link sent to you by the business you’re working with. You don’t need to create an account or remember a password — everything is designed to be simple and secure.


📩 How You Receive Access

You’ll receive a Client Portal link by email when the business shares something with you, such as:

  • An invoice

  • A contract

  • A proposal

  • A questionnaire or form

Or to access it straight up:

  1. Go to portal.talleflow.com

  2. Enter the email address you use to communicate with the business

  3. Click Send Access Link

  4. Check your inbox and click the link in the email

The email will include a button or link that takes you directly to your portal.


🔗 Opening the Client Portal

To access your portal:

  1. Open the email sent by the business

  2. Click Open Portal button

  3. The Client Portal will open in your browser

After signing in, you’ll see a list of businesses you’ve worked with that use TalleFlow.

Each business appears as its own card.

From here:

  • Click a business to open its dashboard

  • View only the projects and documents related to that business

  • Switch between businesses if you work with more than one

This keeps everything clearly separated and easy to navigate.

That’s it — no login required.


🔐 Do I Need an Account or Password?

No.

  • You do not need to create a TalleFlow account

  • You do not need a password

  • Your access is tied to the secure link sent to your email

If the business requires additional verification, they’ll let you know.


💻 Supported Devices

You can access the Client Portal on:

  • Desktop computers

  • Laptops

  • Tablets

  • Mobile phones

For the best experience, we recommend using a modern browser like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.


🔄 Lost or Expired Link?

If your link doesn’t work or you can’t find the email:

  • Ask the business to resend the portal link

  • Or reply directly to the email you originally received

They can quickly generate a new one for you.


👀 What You’ll See After Opening the Portal

You’ll only see content related to your project.


🔒 Security & Privacy

Your portal access is:

  • Secure

  • Private to you

  • Limited to your project only

No other clients can see your information.
