When a business sends you an invoice through TalleFlow, you can view and pay it directly from the Client Portal. The process is simple, secure, and only takes a few minutes.
📩 How You Receive an Invoice
You’ll receive an email from the business with a link to view your invoice.
The email may include a button such as:
View Invoice
Pay Invoice
Open Portal
Clicking this button opens your invoice in the Client Portal.
👀 Reviewing Your Invoice
Inside the Client Portal, you’ll be able to:
Review the invoice details
See the services or items included
View the total amount due
Check the due date
If you have any questions about the invoice, contact the business directly before submitting payment.
💳 Paying Your Invoice
If online payment is enabled, you’ll see a Pay Now button.
To pay:
Click Pay Now
Enter your credit card details
Confirm the payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a trusted payment platform.
🔒 Payment Security
Your payment is protected by industry-standard security:
Credit card details are encrypted
The business never sees your full card number
Payments are processed securely by Stripe
✅ After Payment
Once your payment is complete:
You’ll see a confirmation message
The invoice will be marked as Paid
The business is notified automatically
You may also receive a receipt by email, depending on the business’s settings.
❓ What If I Don’t See a Pay Button?
If you don’t see a Pay Now button, it may mean:
Online payments aren’t enabled for this invoice
The invoice has already been paid
The business prefers another payment method
In this case, reach out to the business for next steps.
🔄 Payment Issues or Errors
If something goes wrong during payment:
Refresh the page and try again
Try a different browser or device
Contact the business if the issue continues
They can help confirm whether the payment went through.

You can return to the Client Portal anytime using your original email link to:
View the invoice again
Confirm payment status
Download a copy if available
