The Client Portal is a secure online space where you can view and interact with everything related to your project — all in one place.

Instead of searching through emails or downloading attachments, the portal gives you a simple, organized way to review documents, complete forms, and take action when needed.


🔐 Why You’re Using the Client Portal

You’re seeing the Client Portal because you’re working with someone who uses TalleFlow to manage projects and communication.

The portal helps:

  • Keep all project details in one place

  • Reduce back-and-forth emails

  • Make signing and payments easy and secure

  • Ensure nothing gets lost


📄 What You Can Do in the Client Portal

Depending on what the TalleFlow business has shared with you, you may be able to:

  1. View all businesses you’re currently working with (or have worked with in the past)

  2. Access projects for each business

  3. Complete questionnaires and forms

  4. Review and sign contracts

  5. View and pay invoices

  6. Download files and documents

  7. View shared designs (when available)

  8. Track project activity and updates

Everything you see is specific to your project.


💳 Secure Payments

If you’re paying an invoice through the portal:

  • Payments are processed securely

  • Credit card information is protected

  • You’ll receive confirmation once payment is complete

The business never sees your full card details.


🔗 How You Access the Client Portal

You’ll usually access the portal through a link sent to you by email.

  • No account setup is required

  • No password is needed

  • Sign in is through magic link, just give your email and you'll receive a link to access your portal

  • You can open the link on desktop or mobile

Or to get started you can:

  1. Visit portal.talleflow.com

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Click the secure magic link sent to your inbox

If you ever lose access, you can request a new link from the business you’re working with or just go to portal.talleflow.com


Working With Multiple Businesses

If you work with more than one business that uses TalleFlow, you’ll see a list of those businesses as soon as you sign in.

Each business appears as its own workspace.

When you click into a business, you’ll only see:

  • Projects related to that business

  • Documents, invoices, and messages tied to those projects

This keeps everything organized and prevents confusion between different clients or vendors you work with.


Project-Level Access

Inside a project, the Client Portal looks and feels similar to what the business sees — but tailored for you.

Depending on the project, you may see tabs such as:

  • Overview – key project details and status

  • Tasks – actions or deliverables assigned to you

  • Files – questionnaires, contracts, proposals, and shared files

  • Invoices – view and pay outstanding invoices

  • Designs – shared design assets (for example, Canva designs)

  • Messages – communication history related to the project

You can interact with documents and complete required actions directly from this view.


👀 What the Business Can See

The business can see:

  • When documents are viewed

  • When forms are submitted

  • When invoices are paid

  • When contracts are signed

This helps them move your project forward without needing reminders.


🔒 Your Privacy

Your portal access is:

  • Secure

  • Private

  • Limited only to your project

You can’t see other clients, and other clients can’t see your information.
