Every Taplio plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can try everything before you pay.
How do I start the trial?
Create your Taplio account and connect your LinkedIn profile.
Pick a plan (Starter, Growth or Pro) and a billing period (monthly or yearly) on the pricing page, then click Start 7-day free trial.
Add a payment method. You won't be charged until your plan starts.
What do I get during the trial?
During the 7 days you get every Pro feature, whichever plan you picked, with limited AI usage. This gives you a taste of all the AI features without using up a full Pro allowance.
When does my paid plan start?
Your chosen plan starts at whichever comes first:
the end of the 7-day trial, or
the moment you reach the trial's AI limit. If you use up the trial AI allowance early, your plan starts right away so you can keep using AI.
When your plan starts:
The payment method on file is charged for the plan and billing period you chose. For example, a trial started on May 7 is charged on May 14, unless the AI limit is reached earlier.
If you chose yearly billing, the full yearly amount is charged at that point.
Your account switches to the features and limits of the plan you chose.
Your invoice is available in Settings → Billing → Invoices & subscription.
How do I cancel during the trial?
Go to Settings → Billing.
Click Cancel subscription and complete the cancellation steps.
If you cancel before your plan starts, you won't be charged. If you also want to remove your card, open Invoices & subscription from the Billing tab.
I forgot to cancel and was charged. Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can ask for a refund within 30 days of the payment of the first initial purchase of the contract. Cancel your subscription first, then message us in the chat.
Good to know
The free trial can only be activated once per account.
Trials can't be extended or paused.
You can change plan during the trial from the Billing tab. The new plan applies when your plan starts.
