This webinar walks through how to text clients in VSCO Workspace, starting with setting up a Quo/OpenPhone account and enabling text messaging in Workspace. We show how to send and receive texts, share best practices for client communication, and demonstrate automated texts like confirmations and reminders for bookable events, along with other text automations and templates from the Help Center. We also highlight recent feature updates, including the new Client Emails column, choosing an automation’s email sender, and scheduling event automations by the hour, before closing with live Q&A.
