The Pro who accepts your engagement will introduce themselves so you may begin communication regarding all your tax and accounting related matters. Pros are recommended to respond quickly and answer communications submitted throughout the engagement, however, lags in response time may occasionally occur. Your Pro may not always be in front of their computer to respond immediately but will get back to you as soon as they're available. If you're encountering unreasonable difficulty with communication, you may reach out to the help chat and a member of the Success team will help resolve the matter.
Once an engagement has been marked complete, you will be disconnected from your Pro and communication channels will cease. Pros will only mark an engagement complete after your return has been e-filed and the filing acceptance form has been received and provided to you.
