Special Rates are pricing adjustments (discounts or surcharges) that modify your standard pricing rules. Use them for high-availability discounts, peak time surcharges, or holiday pricing adjustments.
Access this section by Navigating to Settings > Prices > Special rates Tab from the left sidebar
Special rates are available on the Pro and Full plans.

Creating Special Rates
Navigate to the Special Rates tab in the Pricing menu
Click the '+Add Pricing Rule' Top right corner of the pricing module.
Configuration Settings
Name - Assign a descriptive identifier
Type - Choose between Fixed (absolute amount) or Percentage adjustments
Amount - Enter the fixed amount or percentage value
Calculation - Select whether to apply a discount or price increase
Select where this rule applies to - Select the applications Web Booker and/or Dispatch Panel where the rule should be applied
Booking Conditions
Booking conditions define when and where special cab rates apply by setting rules based on location, time, and booking behavior.
Location
Controls where the rule is applied:
Either pickup or drop-off should be within – Applies the rate if either location falls within the selected area.
Limit this rule to specific locations – Applies only when both locations match:
Pickup address in area – Select required pickup location
Drop-off address in area – Select required drop-off location
Locations must be pre-configured in the Areas & Locations section before they can be used in conditions.
Pickup Time
Defines when the rule is active:
Pick-up date within – Set start and end dates
Specific week days – Select active days and hours (each row = day, each column = hour)
Apply Based on Booking Timing
Enables pricing adjustments based on how far in advance the booking is made, allowing you to offer early-bird discounts or apply surcharges for last-minute bookings:
At least / At most X days before pickup – Applies based on booking lead time
Return Booking
Controls how the rule applies to return trips:
Apply to both when return booking – Applies to both the pickup and return trips.
Apply on return only when return booking – Applies only to the return trip
Note: Multiple conditions can be combined to create precise and targeted pricing rules.
Saving Your Configuration
Click 'Save' to apply your special rate. Special rates automatically modify applicable pricing rules when their conditions are met during booking.
