Special Rates

Special rates feature description

Adjust your pricing for the moments that matter

Special Rates allow you to fine-tune your pricing by applying discounts or surcharges on top of your existing pricing rules. Whether it’s peak hours, holidays, or early-bird offers, you can adapt your pricing dynamically to match demand and maximize revenue.

How it helps your business

  • Apply discounts or surcharges without changing base pricing rules

  • Increase revenue during high-demand periods

  • Offer promotions like early-bird or off-peak discounts

  • Handle special scenarios like holidays or events

  • Create targeted pricing strategies based on time, location, or booking behavior

  • Maintain flexibility without duplicating pricing setups

How it works

Special Rates act as an additional layer on top of your existing pricing rules. When defined conditions are met, the system automatically adjusts the final booking price.

  • You create a special rate with:

    • A fixed amount or percentage-based adjustment

    • A discount or surcharge selection

  • Define when the rule should apply using conditions:

    • Location → Based on pickup and/or drop-off areas

    • Pickup time → Specific dates, days, and hours

    • Booking timing → Based on how early or late the booking is made

    • Return trips → Apply to one or both legs of the journey

  • During booking:

    • The system evaluates all conditions

    • If matched, the special rate is applied on top of the base fare

    • The final price reflects the adjusted amount automatically
