How it works
As soon as your calendar is connected, every new booking is automatically added as an event—keeping your schedule up to date without any extra effort.
Go to Settings → General → Calendar
Click “Connect Google Calendar”
Authorize access with your Google account
Once connected, select your preferences:
Enable adding bookings as calendar events
Choose which calendar to sync with
Every time a booking is created (via Web Booker or Dispatch Panel):
A new calendar event is automatically created
Event includes key booking details (time, trip info, etc.)
Your calendar stays continuously updated with new bookings
Required
Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
You are on an Essential, Pro, or Full plan
To connect bookings with your calendar, go to Settings → General→ Google Calendar
A Google account is available for integration
Required calendar permissions are granted during connection
The option to add bookings as calendar events is enabled
