The Statistics feature gives you an overview of how your Web Booker is performing. It shows how many people visit your booking website, how far they progress through the booking process, and where potential customers may be dropping off.

Website Traffic
The Website Traffic section shows the number of unique visitors to your booking website.
You can:
View statistics for the last 7 days or last 30 days.
See the total number of website visitors.
Compare traffic with the previous period.
Use the graph to see how visitor numbers change over time.
This helps you understand how much traffic your Web Booker is generating.
Your Booking Funnel
The Booking Funnel shows how visitors move through each stage of your booking form:
Form loaded → Product selection → Personal details → Summary → Booking placed
For each step, you can see the number of visitors who reached it and the percentage that continued from the previous step. The Good and Poor indicators make it easier to identify where customers may be leaving the booking process.
This helps you see whether visitors are simply viewing your Web Booker or progressing towards an actual booking.
Improve Your Funnel Performance
Based on the booking funnel, TaxiWebBooker provides suggestions for areas that may need attention, such as:
Make your booker visible – Improve the visibility of your Web Booker if too few website visitors are opening it.
Optimize your service area – Review your service area if customers may not be finding valid routes.
