Overview
Your drivers are all participants (members) of a specific group.
To learn how to create your own group, see: “How to create groups/fleets” (link: https://intercom.help/taxiwebbooker/en/articles/8937564-how-to-create-groups-fleets-in-yourdriverapp).
In the Drivers menu, you can manage and invite drivers for your group, and you can also invite online Web Dispatchers (web users).
Driver list and profile
In the Driver list tab, all non-blocked group members with the driver role are shown.
The list includes driver details, the driver’s role, and the driver’s status within the group.
Selecting a member opens the driver profile, which includes:
Profile: Personal and vehicle information.
Ratings: Overview of the latest ratings.
Driver Score: Breakdown of the member’s driver score (see: https://intercom.help/taxiwebbooker/en/articles/8937560-the-driver-score).
Inviting a driver to a group
To invite a driver, click the “+” button and fill in the required fields, including the desired role.
Based on the phone number, the system detects whether the person already has a TaxiWebBooker user account and sends an invitation (for example via a push message) that the driver can accept.
If the invited driver does not yet use TaxiWebBooker, they will receive an email with instructions to download TaxiWebBooker and join your group.
Map (Track & Trace)
The Map tab provides a live Track & Trace overview of all drivers who are currently in a shift.

Web users, roles, and blocked members
In Admins and operators, you can see an overview of your web users (people who can log in to the portal without having a TaxiWebBooker driver profile).
Roles:
Operator: Can only access the Dispatch Panel of the specific group.
Admin: Has full access to all menu items of the specific group.
In Blocked members, you can see all members blocked from the group; blocked members no longer have access to the group.
To block or unblock someone, use the three-dot menu next to the member and choose the appropriate option.
