How it works
All users (drivers, operators, admins) are managed under the Members section
You can invite multiple team members and assign them roles based on their responsibilities
Role-based access defines what each user can do:
Owner / Admin → Full access to the portal and Driver App, and receive all new booking notifications
Operator → Access only to the Dispatch Panel and receives notifications for new bookings
Operators can:
View incoming bookings
Manage and assist with dispatching
Respond quickly to new job requests
Invitations are sent via email or notification, allowing users to join your system
Once added, operators can immediately start handling bookings alongside your team
Required
Before you can use this feature, make sure that:
You are on a Pro or Full plan
To expand your booking setup with additional Web Bookers, go to Home → Web Booker → (⋮) menu (top-right) → Add extra web booker
Members are managed through the Members section
Operators are identified in Portal through contact number. so make sure its Unique
A correct email ID so the invite can be sent through
