Manage bookings as a team

Work more efficiently by giving multiple team members access to your booking system. With Operators, you can distribute workload, respond faster to bookings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


How it helps your business

How it works

  • All users (drivers, operators, admins) are managed under the Members section

  • You can invite multiple team members and assign them roles based on their responsibilities

  • Role-based access defines what each user can do:

    • Owner / Admin → Full access to the portal and Driver App, and receive all new booking notifications

    • Operator → Access only to the Dispatch Panel and receives notifications for new bookings

  • Operators can:

    • View incoming bookings

    • Manage and assist with dispatching

    • Respond quickly to new job requests

  • Invitations are sent via email or notification, allowing users to join your system

  • Once added, operators can immediately start handling bookings alongside your team


Required

Before you can use this feature, make sure that:

  • You are on a Pro or Full plan

  • To expand your booking setup with additional Web Bookers, go to Home → Web Booker → (⋮) menu (top-right) → Add extra web booker

  • Members are managed through the Members section

  • Operators are identified in Portal through contact number. so make sure its Unique

  • A correct email ID so the invite can be sent through
