For example, some schools use teachers, while others prefer tutors or instructors.
Change system terminology
Go to School settings.
Open the Glossary section.
Update the terms you want to change.
Enter both the singular and plural versions of the term.
Click Save.
Terms you can rename
You can customise several commonly used system terms.
Examples include:
Class → course, module, programme
Lesson → lecture, class, session
Student → learner, trainee, pupil
Teacher → tutor, instructor
Staff → employee, assistant
School → academy, college
Branch → location, venue
Calendar → schedule, timetable
Important notes
Both singular and plural forms must be entered so the terms display correctly throughout the system.
If a field is left blank, Teach ’n Go will use the default terminology.
