Teach ’n Go allows you to define your school’s academic year so you can quickly filter data using the “This school year” option across the platform.
Set your academic year
Go to School settings.
Open the Academic year tab.
Enter the start and end dates.
Click Save.
Use the “This school year” filter
Open any page with a date filter.
Click the date picker.
Select This school year.
The system will automatically apply your saved academic year dates.

Payments
Attendance views
Any date-based filters
Troubleshooting
Filter not showing? Set academic year dates.
Wrong range? Update dates in School settings.
Update this each year to keep reports accurate.
