Teach ’n Go allows you to generate official student transcripts based on the US GPA system. To create accurate transcripts, you must first ensure classes and grades are set up correctly. Some steps only need to be completed once.
Step 1: Create the class with the correct details
When creating or editing a class, make sure the following fields are completed:

Credit hours
These values are important because they directly affect how the GPA is calculated for the transcript.
Go to Classes.
Click Add class or edit an existing class.
Enter the Year and Credit hours.
Click Save.
Step 2: Add student results to the gradebook
Student grades must be entered in numeric format for GPA calculation.

Enter the student’s results as numeric values.

Teach ’n Go will use these numeric grades to calculate the student’s GPA automatically.
