Set up unique auto-incrementing student IDs for new students

You can enable auto-incrementing student IDs for new students within Teach 'n Go. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the School settings page by clicking on the profile button in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Choose "Student ID" from the School Settings Menu.

  3. Ensure the tick box for 'Incremental student ID number' is selected to activate auto-creation of a student ID when a new student is created. You can set a prefix for your school ID and specify the starting number or letters for the IDs.

  4. When creating a new student, you'll notice that your unique student ID auto-populates according to your settings.

Now you are generating unique auto-incrementing student IDs, simplifying student management within Teach 'n Go.
