Gradebooks in Teach ’n Go allow teachers to record, calculate, and share student grades seamlessly. It’s designed to save time, ensure accuracy, and keep students and parents informed about their academic progress.

What is the Gradebook?

The Gradebook is a built-in tool in Teach ’n Go that helps teachers and schools track student performance in an organised, digital format. It replaces paper-based grading with a central, accessible system for recording scores, providing feedback, and generating progress reports.

With the Gradebook, teachers can:

  • Record grades for assignments, tests, projects, and exams.

  • Apply different grading scales (letters, percentages, points, or custom rubrics).

  • Calculate averages automatically.

  • Provide comments and feedback alongside grades.

  • Share results with students and parents instantly through the student/parent portal.

Key Features

  • Customisable grading schemes – Set up the grading format that matches your school’s system (e.g., A–F, 1–10, %).

  • Weighted categories – Assign weights to different categories like homework, classwork, and exams.

  • Real-time calculations – Automatic total and average score calculations, reducing manual work.

  • Progress tracking – Monitor how students are performing across a semester, course, or year.

  • Transparency for parents & students – Parents and students can view grades anytime through their portal.
