How the affiliate program works
You refer schools that might benefit from Teach ’n Go. They sign up for a free trial or request a demo, and our team handles the rest: onboarding, training, and support.
If the school becomes a paid customer, you receive 40% of the first year’s subscription value.
What you need to do
Introduce the school to us by emailing info@teachngo.com with the school’s name and contact person, and copy the school in if you can.
Encourage them to sign up for a free trial or request a demo, and to mention your name when they do.
Teach ’n Go supports and converts the school.
You receive your payout when the school becomes a paid customer.
Payout method
All payouts go directly to your PayPal account.

Terms & conditions
Please review these key requirements before joining the program.
Introduction required: The school must be introduced to us by you, by email or by mentioning your name when they sign up or book a demo, before they become a paid customer.
Conversion required: The school must upgrade from a free trial to a paid plan.
First-year payout only: Earnings apply to the first 12 months of the school’s subscription. If the school cancels during the year, payouts stop immediately.
Payout: The payout will be in two forms:
Payment for annual plan: If a customer signs up for an annual plan, the affiliate will be paid within 90 days of the subscription payment.
Payment for monthly plan: If a customer signs up for the monthly plan, payments will be made every three months. The first payment will be made six months after the subscription begins.
Teach ’n Go handles onboarding: Our team takes care of demos, setup, training, and ongoing support. You’re welcome to assist the school by sharing any answers, guidance, or insights that might help them along the way.
Non-affiliation rule: You cannot refer a school you own or work for.
How to become an affiliate
Email info@teachngo.com with the subject “Affiliate program”.
Include your name, your PayPal email address, and a short note on the schools you plan to refer.
We’ll confirm your place in the program and you can start introducing schools straight away.
