Teach 'n Go Pro is a second-tier plan for schools that want help with the time-consuming parts of running a school: chasing payments, writing messages, spotting students who are slipping away, and keeping an eye on the numbers. It includes everything in the standard plan, plus the tools below.
Your current plan is not changing. Everything you use today stays exactly as it is, at the price you pay today. Pro is an optional upgrade.
Pro opens in September 2026. Until then, you can join the waitlist, and nothing changes for your school.
Your school may use different names for students, teachers, and classes. If you don't see the menu items below, ask your admin to check your permissions.
What is included in Pro
Every tool that drafts a message shows you the draft first. Nothing reaches a student, parent, or teacher without your approval. The weekly digest is the only thing that arrives on its own, and it is addressed to you, not to your customers.
Ask AI
Ask a question in plain language and get the answer from your own data, such as "Who owes us money?" or "Which teacher is free on Friday at 3?" You'll find the question box on your dashboard and on the Pro page.
AI fee recovery
Teach 'n Go finds every overdue balance in your school, groups brothers and sisters together so each family gets one email, and writes a polite reminder for each: gentle for recent balances, firmer for older ones. You see every email and tick exactly who to remind before anything is sent.
Families you have already reminded are excluded from the next scan for 14 days, so nobody is chased twice about the same balance.
You can edit the wording and save your own versions as school templates so future reminders use your phrasing instead.
AI-drafted messages
Write a one-line instruction like "remind everyone about the holiday closure next week," and Teach 'n Go drafts the full email, SMS, or announcement for you, in your school's language or any language you choose. You can edit the draft before sending.
You'll find this as a Draft with AI button on your compose screens.
Students needing attention
Teach 'n Go watches for the patterns that often come before a student leaves, and flags those students for you with the evidence behind each flag, so you can reach out before it is too late. There are four triggers:
Absence streak - the three most recent marked lessons were all unexcused absences
Attendance drop - attendance was 70% or better before, and 50% or worse over the last four weeks
No-show - lessons are being marked, but the student has not attended any for 21 days
Overdue fees - unpaid fees 60 days old or more
This one uses no AI at all. The flags are generated from your attendance and payment records based on fixed rules, so there is nothing to guess at, and no information about your students is sent anywhere. If a flag is not useful, you can snooze that student for 30 days.
Weekly digest
Every Monday morning, you get a short email summarising your week: enrolments, revenue, attendance, and anything that needs your attention. No logging in and no report-building. You can switch it off at any time.
Same-day alerts
If cancellations spike, payments stall, or attendance drops sharply, you hear about it that day rather than waiting for the following Monday.
Scheduled report emails
Choose a report, such as your student list or payments received, and have it emailed to you automatically every week or month instead of downloading it manually.
Multiple branches and locations
Run more than one location under one account and one subscription, rather than paying per location. If your school already has branches, you keep them, whatever plan you are on. Nothing is taken away.
Your own web address and branding
Your school gets its own web address, with your logo and colours.
Priority support
Your questions are answered ahead of the standard queue, and your setup is reviewed once a year.
WhatsApp messaging
Send messages to parents and students on WhatsApp from your compose screens. This one is not available yet. It is included in Pro and arrives later in 2026. Everything else above is ready when Pro opens.

What stays free for everyone
The AI import assistant, which lets you upload or paste your student lists in any format and turns them into students, classes, and teachers, is free on every plan, including trials. It is not part of Pro, and it is not going behind it.
What Pro costs
Pro is priced by school size and falls within the same bands as your current plan. It starts at €99 or $109 per month for schools with up to 100 live students and increases with each band. Pay annually and you get two months free.
Your existing price does not change. Pro is added to what you pay today, at your current school size and billing period. Moving to Pro does not re-price your plan or move you to a different band. For how the bands themselves work, see Teach 'n Go plans.
If your school has more than one branch, one Pro subscription covers the parent school and every branch under it.
To see the exact price at your school's size and to upgrade once Pro opens, go to Pro in the left-hand menu.
The free trial
When Pro opens, you can try it for free for 30 days. There is no card to enter, and your plan and price do not change during the trial. At the end of the trial, your school will revert to its current plan unless you choose to upgrade to Pro.
The trial is one per school. If your school has branches, starting it switches Pro on for the parent school and every branch at once.
Schools starting a new Teach 'n Go trial from launch onwards have the Pro tools switched on for the trial, so you can try everything before choosing a plan.
If you change your mind
You can move back to the standard plan at any time. Nothing you have already created is ever removed. Your data and any extra locations stay exactly where they are, and you simply lose access to the Pro tools from that point on.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It tells us you want Pro, and we email you the week it opens so you get the trial from day one.
Go to Pro in the left-hand menu.
Click Join the waitlist.
If you can't see Pro in your menu, email sales@teachngo.com and we'll add you to the list.
