There are three ways to share files from Google Drive within Teach 'n Go, depending on how you would like to set access to your Google Drive files.
1. Make the File Public
You can add items directly from Google Drive by clicking the add attachment button.
For other school members to see these files, the files must be changed to the public setting in Google Drive. The file will be updated when you update it, and users will have the latest version.
If the files are not publicly shared, the viewers will get a 403 permission error From Google Drive.
2. Keep Your File Private
If you wish to keep your Google Drive files private, you should download the Google Drive file to your desktop or device and then upload it to Teach โn Go. The file will be static and will not update if you make changes to the online file stored on Google Drive
3. Restricted Access to File
You can set this in Google Drive files if you only want some people to have access to the file.
When the user opens the file from Teach 'n Go, they are prompted to sign into Google. The restricted viewers must have a Google account to view the file.
