Understanding Break Types on TeachKloud

There are two types of breaks on TeachKloud: Predefined Breaks and Additional Breaks.

  • Predefined Breaks are managed by the administrator via the TeachKloud Web interface. These typically include scheduled breaks set by your service.

  • Additional Breaks are added manually by staff directly through the TeachKloud app. They can only be modified or deleted via the app.

How to Delete an Additional Break:

  1. Open the TeachKloud app and sign in.

  2. Navigate to the Teacher Time Sheet.

  3. Select the relevant date where the break was recorded.

  4. Locate the Additional Break entry.

  5. Tap the red β€œX” next to the break you wish to delete.
