How to reduce my subscription child spaces before my next renewal?
Using the navigation bar on the left hand side, select TeachKloud Subscription > Reduce Child Spaces.
Read the notice carefully and Accept to continue.
In the New Requested Quantity field, enter the total number of child spaces you want your subscription to be reduced to. For example, if your subscription currently includes 14 child spaces and you wish to reduce it to 10 child spaces, enter 10.
Select Submit Request to send your request.
Important
To ensure your subscription is reduced for your next renewal, you must submit your reduction request before your renewal date.
You must also ensure that, by your renewal date, the number of active child profiles in your account is equal to or less than your requested subscription reduction number. Any relevant children should be archived before your renewal date, to ensure your active child profile count meets your requested reduction.
Example: If your current subscription includes 30 child spaces and you request to reduce it to 15 child spaces, you must submit your reduction request before your next renewal and have 15 or fewer active child profiles in your account by your renewal date.
If the number of active child profiles exceeds your requested subscription reduction number on your renewal date, your subscription reduction request will not be processed, and your subscription will renew for the same number of child spaces included in your current subscription.
Please note our team cannot reduce child spaces, this must be done via your TeachKloud Web Interface account. All subscription purchases and renewals are non-refundable. By submitting your reduction request, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
