Tip: The school administrator, can send broadcast messages (i.e. messages to every parents and teacher in the school) using the school interface > messages section. The below details how to use instant-messaging via the TeachKloud mobile app for teachers.

To send a message to parents, select the instant messaging button (bubble icon – bottom of your screen).
Parents can reply and create new messages using the parent mobile app.
Tip: If you have been invited to different rooms, select the room you’d like to view using the button in the top right corner of your screen.
Select the name of the parent you wish to send the message to or select a room name (in pink) to send a group message to all parents in the selected room. Remember: If you do not want group messages enabled via the app, you can disable this from the school interface > messages section. Even if group messages are disabled, bulk messages can still be sent via the interface but will deliver as individual messages.
Send images, videos or pdf files by selecting the camera button on the left-hand side of your screen.
Tip: select the name of the parent (top corner of the screen below) to view their contact details and child’s information
