About Waiting Lists

Waiting lists enable you to invite parents to submit a registration form for review. Management can approve or decline wait list forms or leave them in the pending review section. Once approved or declined is selected, there is an option to send the status of the registration form (i.e. approved or declined) with a custom note to the parent. This is sent as an email to the email the parent added to the wait list form.

Edit Your Waiting List Template (Opening / Closing Times)

  1. Select Occupancy > Waiting Lists > Edit Wait List Form [top right hand corner]

  2. Add custom questions or notes. Any questions or notes added by management can be see and answered by parents when completing the waitlist form.

  3. The Child Details // Parent and Guardian area cannot be edited. These are completed by management or parents (see below to learn how to share waiting list forms with parents and/or complete them on the parent behalf via the school interface).

  4. Save changes [top right hand corner] when finished editing the template

Important Note: Edit your opening and closing times in account > school profile here and parents will see these when completing the waiting list form.

Share Waitlist Forms

  1. Select Occupancy > Waiting Lists > Share Waiting List Form [top right hand corner]

  2. Select 'copy' and share the link with parent or embed it on your website

Add a Child to the Waitlist Form From the School Interface

If you do not want to share waitlist forms with parents, don't worry, you can still create waitlist forms directly from the school interface:

  1. Select Occupancy > Waiting Lists > Add Child [top right hand corner - green button]

  2. Answer the relevant questions

  3. Save the form by scrolling down and selecting 'add child'
