The new Rating column type allows users to enter ratings on any object (e.g. Users or Locations) — enhancing your ability to track performance, satisfaction, or quality. These ratings can have custom icons and maximum values.

[NEW] Scheduling Analysis Access Group
This new access group setting allows admins the ability to restrict access to the “Scheduling Analysis” tab that shows scheduling rules on calendar pages.

[NEW] “Reject Shift Request” Automation Action
Admins can now create automations that automatically reject shift requests as an action based on specified conditions (e.g. if they don’t have certain location access). Previously, this was a manual function.

If a user needs to add several credentials at once, they can do it in one screen rather than having to be assigned several tasks. Previously, a user would need to have individual tasks assigned for each record (e.g. Document) you would like created. Now, users can create multiple records (e.g. Documents) when completing a task on the mobile app.

Update Shift Display Details On Mobile
Admins can now show staff more info about each shift to help limit questions. Previously, the details displayed on mobile shift cards were hard-coded (to location, roles, pay, bonus, templates). This new access group mobile setting allows you to dynamically set what fields show on shift cards on mobile, with support for re-ordering fields.

Improved Mobile Date Picker
Enjoy a much better date picker interaction when selecting dates on mobile app when updating or creating records.
