With the Personalized communication service, also known as Message targeting , Teamio allows you to facilitate communication with candidates even more. You can insert what we call tags into message templates and the subject of the message, which automatically fill in some information into the message. These tags are part of complete Teamio.
TIP: Even if you communicate with candidates in bulk in Teamio, they may not even notice. The key to success is not to write too generally. Teamio can automatically fill in the greeting or the correct job title in bulk e-mails, even when you are writing to candidates who applied for different job advertisments, thanks to the Personalized communication service.
Where to set up Personalized communication?
You need to go to the settings of Message templates and create a new template. Once you select Activity type when creating a message template, we will pre-fill the subject and text for you, but you can adjust everything as you wish. We will also automatically fill in the mentioned tags in these texts, which you will always find under the button Personalization. You can also edit tags in already created message templates.
In the preview of the template, you can always check if the tags are working correctly for you.
Tags that are part of complete Teamio:
FIRST NAME – inserts the candidate's first name.
SURNAME – inserts the candidate's last name.
SALUTATION WITH SURNAME – inserts the candidate's salutation including the last name, for example, "Dear Mrs. Nováková".
SALUTATION WITH FIRST NAME – inserts the candidate's salutation by first name, for example, "Hello, Jana".
SALUTATION WITHOUT SURNAME – inserts the candidate's salutation without the last name, for example, "Dear Madam".
JOB TITLE – fills in the title of the vacancy the candidate responded to.
COMPANY NAME - inserts the name of your company as you have it listed in Teamio.
INTERVIEW DATE AND LOCATION – this tag adds information about the interview to the invitation, namely when and where the interview takes place.
CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA – you will use this tag when you ask candidates from Teamio for consent.
CANDIDATE LIST WITH RECRUITMENT – this will be displayed during the action Forward candidate to manager; thanks to this tag, the recipient will receive a link to the sent candidate or a list of multiple candidates for a certain period of time through this link to Teamio.
PAST PARTICIPLE – for messages in Czech, for example, this inserts the gender of the past participle according to the gender of the candidate, i.e., "Děkujeme za CV, které jste nám zaslala". This is not relevant to English language messages,
ASSIGNED TO RECRUITMENT - during the action Assign to recruitment, it inserts a link to the new position that you would like to offer to the candidate in the message.
