In Teamio, you have the option to set individual job advertisements within active recruitment campaigns separately. For example, if you have one recruitment campaign on both Jobs.cz and Prace.cz, you can stop only one advertisement and leave the other running.

What are active recruitment campaigns and how do we categorize them

All recruitment campaigns that you currently have advertised or on which you have already ended advertising but are still working on can be found among the active ones.

To make it clear at first glance whether an active recruitment campaign is published or unpublished, they are always color-coded:

🟠 - active unpublished recruitment campaign

🟢 - active published recruitment campaign

Active recruitment campaigns are sorted by posting date.

🗂 Tab division - i.e. views

Recruitment campaigns are divided into clear tabs that correspond to their status.

  • Active – all active recruitment campaigns

  • Published – active recruitment campaigns with published job advertisements

  • Unpublished – active recruitment campaigns without job ads

  • In progress – recruitment campaigns in the preparation phase (drafts)

  • Archived – completed recruitment campaigns + New view – the option to create your own view using filters that will appear in a modal window after clicking on "+New view"

In the Published job ads category, you only have access to those recruitment campaigns that you are currently advertising in at least one location. There may also be recruitment campaigns where the advertising on the portals has already ended, but is still running on career pages.

TIP: For unpaid Teamio it applies that a recruitment campaign is automatically archived after 60 days from the date of the last posting or extension of the advertisement. Or you can manually archive it earlier.

In complete Teamio there is no automatic archiving. The recruitment campaign will remain active until you manually archive it (either individually or in bulk).

You can work flexibly with active recruitment campaigns in Teamio. This means extending, ending, and re-posting job ads at each posting location separately.

How to end advertising at each posting location separately

If you have a recruitment campaigns posted on several advertising locations and you would like to withdraw it from one of them while keeping it running on the others, you can do so through the action End advert posting. Teamio will ask you at which advertising locations you would like to end the advertising.

How to re-post an already ended ad

If you have purchased the KOMBI package or Standard ads, you can reactivate an ended advert through the button Relist job ad, which you will find in the tab Advertising and recruitment details for each posting location.

If you have purchased a different package or credit Premium subscription, the ad cannot be activated, you need to re-post it through the button Edit recruitment. In the third step Posting location you will select the location where you wish to re-post the ad. At locations where the job ad has not been ended, it will continue to run, and will only be re-posted at the newly selected location.

Extend the job advertisement only where it makes sense

If the end of the job ad posting on the portals is approaching, but you still haven't found a suitable candidate, and you need the advert to remain posted for a while longer, just select the action Extend job ad. Again, you can choose at which locations you want to extend the advert.

Boosting the advertisement (moving to top positions) on selected portals will only occur on the day of the advertisement extension. On the day you perform the Extend job ad action, there is no boosting and the advertisement will remain in the same place.
