The new recruitment campaign list in Teamio offers a significantly more user-friendly interface that responds to user feedback. Thanks to visual elements such as color coding of recruitment campaigns by status(aka Traffic Light), tabs, and statistics by source, navigating through recruitment campaigns is faster and more intuitive.
🚦Clarity thanks to the traffic light
Each recruitment campaign is color-coded according to its status:
🟢 Green – active recruitment campaign with published job advertisement
🟠 Orange – active recruitment campaignwithout published job advertisement
🔴 Red – archived recruitment campaign
🩶 Gray – in-progress recruitment campaign
This color coding means the status is quickly identifiable without the need to read details.
🗂 Division into tabs - also know as views
Recruitment campaigns are divided into clear tabs that correspond to their status.
Active – all active recruitment campaigns
Published – active recruitment campaigns with published job advertisements
Unpublished – active recruitment campaigns without job advertisements
In-progress – recruitment campaigns in the preparation phase (drafts)
Archived – completed recruitment campaigns
+ New view – the option to create your own view using filters that will appear in a modal window after clicking on "+New view"
This division eliminates confusion between active recruitment campaigns and those that have completed or uncompleted job advertisements.
Archived recruitment campaigns
For unpaid Teamio, it applies that a recruitment campaign is automatically archived and candidates will be deleted after 60 days from the date of the last posting or extension of the job advertisement. If you wish to archive it earlier, you can do so manually (see the image below).
In complete Teamio, there is no automatic archiving. The recruitment campaign will therefore remain active until you archive it manually (either one by one or in bulk).
Procedure for manual archiving of recruitment campaigns
Button for bulk archiving of recruitment campaigns
After archiving the recruitment campaign, the vacancy cannot be reactivated. The only option is to create a copy. It is also not possible to process candidates (invite for interviews, reject, etc.). Therefore, we recommend archiving the position only when you have processed and informed all candidates (entered start dates and rejected the rest of the candidates).
📊 Statistics directly in the list
A new feature is displaying basic statistics (e.g., number of views) by specific source, where the recruitment campaign is published. Just hover the mouse over the portal icon under the name of the recruitment campaign:
Key statistics are still visible for each recruitment campaign:
Not evaluated – number of candidates who have not yet been assessed
In process – candidates who are still in the process
In total – total number of candidates
