You can post a vacancy directly from the homepage via the button New vacancy or through the tab Recruitment.
In the Recruitment tab you have 3 options for posting a vacancy:
1. Create a completely new vacancy
Use this option when you want to post a completely new job opening that neither you nor your colleagues have posted in the past. In this case, all fields will be empty, and you must fill in all the details for the vacancy.
2. Create a copy of a vacancy
If you are posting a recruitment campaign that we have already had in the past, choose the option Create a copy of an active or archived recruitment campaign. This is a very quick and efficient way, as all fields will be pre-filled. Of course, any information can be edited before posting.
In this case, the original vacancy with all numbers, i.e., views and candidate counts, remains in active or archived, and a new recruitment campaign will be created where you start from scratch.

3. Reposting an already expired job advertisement
If you do not want to create a completely new vacancy but would like to repost an older one that already has candidates and you simply wish to continue the recruitment campaign, you can do so via the button Edit recruitment campaign.
You can edit any information, and in the third step, you select the places where you want to post the job advertisement. This will make the job ad active again, and you can obtain more candidates for it.
The advertisement on the career pages was reposted from 9/9/2025 and has not been reposted (activated) on the portals jobs.cz and práce.cz, thus remaining in a expired state.
Tips on how to post a quality job advertisement
Job title
Provide a factual title that is clear and easily searchable. It should also be attractive enough to motivate candidates to click on it. Add an interesting benefit you offer to the job title.
Field, industry and profession selection
You can select up to 3 fields/industries and up to 6 professions depending on the selected fields. It is necessary to select the field for the advertised vacancy, not the field of the company's business. It is important to choose correctly, as candidates often filter based on the field, industry or profession. If you are unsure how to classify the advertisement into fields and professions, do not hesitate to ask your colleagues who work in similar positions how they would search for such an advertisement on job portals.
Workplace location
If possible, we recommend entering the most accurate address, including the street and house number, so the position can be found on portals by city and region, and it can also be advertised on Jobs round the corner Moreover, from research among candidates and their behavior on portals, we know that candidates are much more likely to respond to a job advertisement with an exact address, where they can calculate the travel distance, than to one where the place of work is, for example, Central Bohemia.

General tips we can offer:
write objectively
describe exactly what candidates will be doing in the role – so they can imagine their typical workday
do not use empty phrases and clichés that mean nothing to candidates
do not promise things you cannot fulfill
tell the truth
Required education
Consider the actual requirements and do not overstate these items to avoid losing relevant candidates. Select the lowest required education that you are willing to accept. It is advisable to add details to the body of the job advertisement – for example, we accept high school education with 2 years of experience or university education – so that both groups can find it.
Language skills
Again, we recommend not overestimating. It is also good to directly describe in the body of the advertisements how candidates will use the language. Take a look at this example:
We require language skills German – active, English – active.
The requirement for English at intermediate and higher levels is included in half of the job advertisements on Jobs.cz. But what does active language knowledge mean? Will your new employee speak English with colleagues every day? Will they present in a foreign language in front of clients?
If so, the requirement is completely justified. If they will only read project documentation, wouldn't someone with passive knowledge of English suffice?
Salary
If you can, we recommend entering the salary, even if it is hidden. The reason is that if you do not enter a salary, but the candidate filters by salary on the portals, your advertisement will appear only after those that have a corresponding salary entered. If you enter the salary and make it visible, you further increase your chances of more responses.
Benefits
You can list the offered benefits both in the body of the job advertisement and also select from predefined categories. The selected benefits will then be clearly outlined in the advertisement summary under your own advert text. If the position allows Occasional work from home or Primarily work from home, be sure to select it here in the benefits, as we display this benefit in the job listings on Jobs.cz.
Contract
Be honest with candidates. HR professionals often, in good faith, indicate the type of employment relationship as full-time employment for candidates applying for work on a trade license, believing they will convince them in the future. However, they risk attracting candidates for whom working on a trade license is unthinkable for various reasons, thus unnecessarily wasting their own and the candidates' precious time.
