By assigning responsibilities in the benefits section, you can define the rights of the employees you have selected regarding the benefit type and the benefit responsibility area.
Step 1:
Click on Benefits > Manage Responsibilities.
You can access the authorization area by clicking "Add."
Navigate to the section where you want to assign responsibilities.
In the first step, select the department for which you will assign responsibility. Then, choose the position and the employee you will authorize.

After assigning employees, you can edit using the pencil icon, and you can remove the employee's authorizations with the trash icon.
