How can I assign responsibilities in the shuttle area?

You can assign responsibilities in the shuttle area by defining the authority of selected employees regarding shuttle announcements, the shuttle list, and responsibility areas.

Step 1:

Click on Shuttle > Responsibility Management.

You can access the authorization area by clicking "Add."

Navigate to the section where you want to make the responsibility assignment.

First, select the department for the assignment. Then, select the position and the employee you want to grant authorization to.

Shuttle Announcement Responsibility Information:

  • Managing Shuttle Announcement List

  • Viewing Shuttle Announcement List

  • Adding to Shuttle Announcement List

Shuttle Responsibility Information:

  • Adding to Shuttle List

  • Updating Shuttle List

  • Responding to Shuttle List

  • Viewing Shuttle List

  • Deleting from Shuttle List

  • Managing Shuttle Module Responsibilities

Shuttle Assignment Responsibility Information:

  • Managing Shuttle Assignment Module Responsibilities

  • Adding to Shuttle Assignment List

  • Deleting from Shuttle Assignment List

  • Updating Shuttle Assignment List

  • Viewing Shuttle Assignment List

After making assignments to employees, you can edit using the pencil icon or remove an employee's authorizations using the trash can icon.
