By assigning responsibilities in the timebook section, you can define the rights of the employees you have selected regarding the timebook responsibility information.
Step 1:
Click on Timebook > Manage Responsibilities.
You can access the authorization area by clicking "Add."
When assigning responsibilities, select the department for the assignment. Then, choose the position and the employee to whom you will grant authorization.

After assigning employees, you can edit using the pencil icon, and you can remove the employee's authorizations with the trash icon.
