How can I assign responsibilities in the career section?

By assigning responsibilities in the career section, you can define the authority for the selected employees regarding their career and training responsibilities.

Step 1:

Click on Career > Responsibility Management.

You can access the authorization area by clicking "Add."

Go to the section where you want to assign responsibilities.

In the first step, select the department where you will make the responsibility assignment. Then select the position and the employee to whom you will grant authorization.

Career Responsibility Information:

  • Delete Career List

  • Add Career List

  • Add Career List (To All Users)

  • View Career List

  • Update Career List

  • Manage Career Module Responsibilities

Training Responsibility Information:

  • Add Training List (To All Users)

  • Update Training List

  • View Training List

  • Delete Training List

  • Manage Training Module Responsibilities

  • Add Training List

After assigning to employees, you can make edits using the pencil icon and revoke the employee's authorizations using the trash bin icon.
