Like with shifts, activities are added to the schedule in draft allowing you to tweak your schedule before sharing it with your team.
Once you're ready, you can share activities with your team by publishing the schedule. You can think of activities as the 'children' of a shift. This means when you a publish a shift, any activities scheduled within it will be scheduled too.
Publishing from the week or day view does the same thing.
You can publish shifts without activities
Each time you add or edit activities, you will need to republish the shift for the change to be seen by surfers
💡 You can easily publish all edits made in the same day from the day view. Click the edit counter next to the publish button or use the 'command + enter' hotkey.
