Editing a shift

To edit or delete a shift in the schedule, simply click on it. Then a modal will appear for you to change the shift to another type (e.g. an early to a late), edit the shift times as a one off or delete the shift completely.

Adding a new shift

To add a shift, hover over a surfer's day. If the day is empty or has less than 3 shifts already planned then a purple cross will appear - click that to bring up a modal to add shifts.

Editing or adding to days with >3 shifts or events

If a surfer's day has more than 3 shifts planned, they will be truncated into an additional menu. Click on the +more / +draft label to view the full shift list and make edits.

๐Ÿ’ก There are no limits to how many shifts you can add to a surfers day. You can add as many shifts as needed.

Copy and paste

Copy and paste is a helpful tool to schedule faster, particularly when moving shifts around or finding cover.

You can copy and paste shifts to the same surfer, or to another surfer.

When pasting, you have the option to paste the shift with activities (Cmd / Ctrl + V) or without activities (Cmd / Ctrl + โ‡ง + V).
