Cancelling or Rescheduling a Booking

From time-to-time, you may need to rearrange or cancel a session you have already booked. It's quick and easy to update.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way! We currently operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for all bookings, and we are unable to alter session dates or timings after this time. However, you can always reschedule or cancel a booking before this using the link provided in your confirmation email. This will redirect you to find another time with the coach that you have been booked with.
